Direct apartment purchase is intended for owners who value a clear timetable and limited administration. Send us the address, basic property information and photographs if available. When the information is sufficient, we aim to provide an initial offer within two hours.
The final price depends on location, condition, documents, permitted use and current market demand. An offer may reach up to 90% of the assessed market value, but this is not guaranteed for every property. We explain the factors behind the price before you decide.
If the terms are acceptable, we agree on an inspection, reservation and notary appointment. A reservation and agreed advance payment can be arranged on the day of enquiry. We cover the agreed notarial transaction costs and may complete the transaction in up to five days when the documents and notary are available.
