What types of property does Kiirtehing24 buy?
We consider apartments, houses, summer homes, land, commercial premises, inherited property and co-ownership shares across Estonia. Every property is assessed separately.
How much do you pay for a property?
An offer may reach up to 90% of the assessed market value. The actual amount depends on location, condition, documents, liquidity, expected costs and transaction risk.
Can I really receive an offer within two hours?
When we have the address, basic information and adequate photographs, we aim to provide an initial offer within two hours. Complex properties may require further information.
Can I receive an advance payment on the day of enquiry?
Yes, by agreement between the parties. The amount, reservation terms and conditions are recorded separately.
Who pays the notarial costs?
Kiirtehing24 covers the agreed notarial costs of the property sale.
When do I receive the sale proceeds?
The payment method and timing are recorded in the notarial agreement. A notary deposit or another agreed secure payment method is normally used.
Must the property be empty before the notary appointment?
No. Handover is agreed separately and, where necessary, the seller can remain for up to two months after completion.
Am I obliged to sell after the assessment?
No. The initial assessment and offer are free and do not oblige you to complete a transaction.
