Selling inherited property can be emotional and document-heavy. We help arrange the required steps in a clear sequence.
TRANSPARENT PROCESS
Before ownership can be transferred, inheritance rights and the Land Register information must be in order. If there are several heirs, all owners or properly authorised representatives must participate. An initial assessment can still be made from available information.
We consider inherited apartments, houses, summer homes, land and ownership shares. The property does not necessarily have to be emptied or renovated before an offer is requested. Describe its condition and send photographs so the necessary work can be considered.
If the offer is accepted and the documents are ready, we arrange the notary and cover the agreed notarial costs. The completion and handover dates are agreed separately with the owners.
STEPS
Send the address, property type, contact details, a short description and photographs.
We analyse sufficient information and provide a free initial purchase offer.
We review registers and documents and inspect the property where required.
By agreement, reservation and an advance payment can be arranged on the day of enquiry.
When the documents and notary are ready, we arrange completion and cover agreed notarial costs.
Payment follows the notarial agreement; a handover period of up to two months can be agreed.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
You can request an offer earlier, but the seller must prove the right to dispose of the property before ownership is transferred. The notary confirms the requirements.
All registered owners or their properly authorised representatives must participate. We can help coordinate the timetable and required documents.
Not always. We assess the condition from photographs and an inspection and agree how the property will be handed over.
OFFER WITHIN 2 HOURS
The initial assessment is free and does not oblige you to sell.
