An open-market house sale may require cleaning, repairs, energy documents, professional photographs and a long viewing period. With a direct purchase, we assess the property as it stands and identify the documents required for the transaction early.
For an initial assessment, send the address, a short description of the land and buildings and photographs. We review registry data, permitted use, condition and comparable regional transactions before preparing an offer.
If the terms are acceptable, we coordinate the inspection and notary and cover the agreed notarial costs. Handover does not have to occur on the transaction date; a moving period of up to two months can be agreed.
